台北市長柯文哲今天（27日）上午接受媒體聯訪，對於《壹周刊》報導，大陸工程董事長殷琪不高興因中捷意外發生而被迫停工另2項承接的工程標案，擬向柯索賠因工程延宕的多餘支出2億，柯文哲回應表示，很多東西要看到公文才算，這個國家不需要透過報紙互相聯絡。
對於周刊今日報導，由北捷承攬的台中捷運鋼箱梁不幸掉落致死，副市長林欽榮宣布全面停工，市府原屬意延攬出任副市長的大陸工程董事長殷琪對公司承攬的其他標案也跟著被迫停工非常不高興。據報導，殷琪將向柯P索賠2億工程延誤的費用，對此，柯文哲表示，要看到公文才算，他認為，不需要透過新聞的方式互相聯絡。柯補充表示，台中捷運停工一事，他認為儘速復工是目標，哪些問題要解決，復工前有哪些地方不滿意的，要儘速解決掉。
